Is there a minimum number of guests?
No fixed minimum. Mica cooks for intimate dinners and for events with hundreds of guests.
Can you cater for vegan and gluten-free guests?
Yes. Plant-based and gluten-free dishes are one of her three specialities, and they can sit on the same table as everything else.
How much does catering cost?
Every event is quoted on its own: the guests, the dishes and the ingredients. Send a request and Mica replies within 24 hours.
Do you cater outside Miami?
Yes, anywhere in the US. Travel is quoted together with the menu.
